Standard, Strategic and Enterprise meeting plans

Meetings paid for and not held roll into the next quarter. Six months after your term began, you may request a refund for any meetings still not held.

• This rule applies only to the Standard, Strategic and Enterprise meeting plans.
• "Your term began" means the start date of the original term the meetings were paid for. A rollover does not restart the six months.
• A refund is not automatic. To request one, email sales@cashewleads.com and name your plan and term. A refund covers only meetings that were paid for and still not held.

This rule does not change the prices or terms of Jade Bots, the Enterprise Playbook, Cashewleads Consulting, Cashewleads Design and Cashewleads Atlas. Those are set on their own pages. The Enterprise Playbook has its own terms and privacy notice.
