Privacy policy

This website

• When you fill in a form (a demo request, contact, onboarding or a playbook questionnaire), we receive what you type, such as your name, email address and company details, and use it to reply and to provide the service you asked for.
• If you create an account, we keep your sign-in email and what you need to use your account.
• This site runs on Wix. Payments, where they apply, are taken through Wix checkout; we do not receive or store your card details.
• The Enterprise Playbook has its own terms and privacy notice.

Cashewleads Atlas and your LinkedIn data export

• You upload your own LinkedIn data export ZIP, the archive you download from LinkedIn yourself. We do not scrape LinkedIn.
• The ZIP is parsed in your browser and then discarded. We do not store the ZIP file.
• We do store the people and limited activity read from that export, such as names, titles, companies and the dates of messages and invitations, in your Atlas workspace. Contact details from contacts.csv are applied to the people in your connections.
• A newer upload replaces the dates that came from an earlier export. It does not delete people who are absent from the newer file; they stay in your workspace.
• Stars, notes and meetings you log in Atlas are stored with your workspace too.
• The interactive demo on this website uses made-up people and companies and never accepts a real file.

Deleting Atlas data

There is no in-app delete button yet. To have the people and activity from your export deleted, email sales@cashewleads.com from the account that owns the workspace.
