Three steps from onboarding to meetings
You bring your business and your ideal customers. We bring a team of sales executives and a plan to reach them.
Your onboarding, step by step
Complete the customer onboarding form
20-30 minutes
Tell us about your business, your messaging, your target accounts and your ideal customer profile. This is the raw material for everything that follows.
Start the onboarding formJoin the strategy kickoff call
Live call
We walk through your market, pressure-test your ICP and agree how outbound should sound, who it should reach and what counts as a qualified meeting.
Approve your custom business plan
Your sign-off
You review and approve a plan built for your business: target segments, messaging and meeting goals. Prospecting starts once you say go.
One form captures what outbound needs
The customer onboarding form takes 20-30 minutes and covers four areas. The better the input, the sharper the targeting.
Open the onboarding form- 1Your business
- 2Your messaging
- 3Your target accounts
- 4Your ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Fits your ICP
- Right buying role
- Business problem identified
- Meeting held

Agree what a good meeting looks like
During the strategy kickoff we define the qualification criteria for your market. Using a value-based approach, we aim for conversations about real business problems with the right people.
Pay-per-meeting compared with an in-house BDR
| Topic | Cashewleads | In-house BDR |
|---|---|---|
| How you pay | Cashewleads: Tied to meetings that are booked and held with your ICP | In-house BDR: Fixed salary, benefits and tools every month, whatever the output |
| Getting started | Cashewleads: Onboarding form, kickoff call and an approved business plan | In-house BDR: Recruiting, hiring, training and ramping a new team member |
| Who does the work | Cashewleads: A team of experienced sales executives | In-house BDR: A single hire you manage, coach and retain |
| Management load | Cashewleads: We run prospecting; you take the meetings | In-house BDR: You or your managers own coaching, tooling and reporting |
| Scaling up or down | Cashewleads: Plans range from Standard to Strategic to a dedicated Enterprise team | In-house BDR: Hiring or letting people go is slow and costly |
A qualitative comparison. Your own costs and results will vary.
Questions sales leaders ask
How does pricing work?
You buy a plan for a 3-month term. Standard is 10 ICP meetings for $15,000 per 3 months. Strategic is 20 meetings for $25,000 per 3 months: 15 ICP meetings plus 5 strategic named-account meetings. Enterprise and Consulting / Sales Coaching are quoted by our sales team.
What is an ICP meeting?
A meeting with a person who fits the ideal customer profile you give us during onboarding. The exact criteria are written into your custom business plan, so you and our team judge every meeting the same way.
What is a strategic named-account meeting?
On the Strategic plan, 5 of your 20 meetings are aimed at specific named accounts you choose, such as the logos you most want to win, rather than at the wider ICP.
What do you need from me to get started?
A 20-30 minute onboarding form covering your business, messaging, target accounts and ICP, then a strategy kickoff call, then your approval of the business plan. That is the whole setup.
Who does the prospecting?
Outbound prospecting is run by a team of sales executives with more than 50 combined years of selling experience across SMB, mid-market and enterprise accounts. Their approach is shaped by value-based selling.
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise is a dedicated BDR team working for you at a fixed price per meeting, with unlimited meetings. Contact our sales team to scope it.
Do you offer consulting or sales coaching?
Yes. Consulting and sales coaching are available for teams that want help with their own outbound motion. Contact sales for details.
