Playbook Generator terms & privacy

Terms of use

  • The Playbook Generator creates a document with the help of an AI service, using the answers you submit. Output may contain mistakes or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing it before using or sharing it.
  • We do not invent customers, statistics or quotes, and we mark missing information as "[Needs input]". Nothing in a playbook is legal, financial, security or compliance advice.
  • You must have the right to submit the information you enter and must not submit passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive personal data in the questionnaire.
  • Where payment applies, it is taken through Wix checkout and your playbook is prepared after the payment is confirmed. Because the product is digital and prepared on demand, refunds are handled case by case; contact contact@cashewleads.com.
  • Your playbook is delivered to the email address you provide. If we give you a private status or result link, it is private to anyone who has it. Do not share the link with people who should not see the playbook.

Privacy notice

  • What we collect: the answers you type (including your name, email address and company details), your payment order reference or promo-use flag (never the promo code itself), and technical data needed to prevent abuse (a salted, one-way hash of your network address is used for rate limiting).
  • How we use it: to prepare and deliver your playbook by email, to provide support and to prevent fraud and abuse.
  • AI processing: the business answers you provide (not your email address or name) are used with a third-party AI service, and reviewed by the Cashewleads team, to prepare your playbook. Contact us for the current provider.
  • Payments: handled by Wix. We do not receive or store your card details.
  • Retention and deletion: unpaid questionnaires are deleted automatically after 7 days when the maintenance task is enabled. To request deletion of your data, email contact@cashewleads.com.
  • Logs: our logs record events and step names only, not your answers or contact details.
