Four ways to work together

Start with a free call, bring one live deal for a review, keep an advisor beside you on your biggest deals, or bring the whole team in for a workshop.

30 minutes

Intro call

Free

No obligation

A focused conversation about the deal, account or team challenge in front of you, so we can agree whether and how I can help.

Best for: Anyone who wants to talk it through before committing to a paid session.

  • You describe the opportunity or the challenge
  • I ask the questions a buying committee would
  • We agree on the right next step, which may not be a paid session
60 minutes

Deal review

$350

Per deal, one session

A working session on one live enterprise opportunity. We pressure-test it the way a skeptical executive buyer would.

Best for: Account executives and sales leaders working a large, multi-stakeholder deal.

  • Qualification against MEDDPICC: where is it solid, where is it assumed?
  • Who the champion is, who the economic buyer is, and what is missing in between
  • A mutual action plan with clear owners and dates
  • A one-page written summary of the plan and next moves within two business days
Ongoing

Monthly deal advisory

$2,500 / month

Three-month minimum, then month to month

A standing seat beside you on your biggest deals: a weekly working session and review of what is moving and what is stuck.

Best for: Sellers and sales leaders carrying several large deals at once, who want steady, experienced input.

  • A weekly 60-minute working session
  • Written feedback on account plans, mutual action plans and executive emails
  • Up to three active deals in focus at a time
  • Replies within two business days between sessions
For teams

Team workshop

From $7,500

Half day $7,500 · full day $12,500 · up to 20 people

A working session for a sales team on running complex, multi-stakeholder deals into large enterprises. Built around your deals, not a generic deck.

Best for: Sales leaders and enablement teams whose reps sell into Fortune 500 accounts.

  • Account planning and stakeholder mapping on your real accounts
  • MEDDPICC inspection and deal-review habits for managers
  • Champion building and mutual action plans
  • A short pre-call to scope it, and a written recap afterward

Prices are in US dollars. Greg confirms the format, date and fee by email before anything is scheduled, then sends an invoice. Nothing is charged online. Travel for in-person workshops is billed at cost.

What we cover

  • Deal reviews

Test a live opportunity for gaps in qualification, access and urgency before the forecast call does.

  • Account planning

Map a named enterprise account: the buying roles, who holds budget and influence, and where to start.

  • MEDDPICC

Metrics, Economic buyer, Decision criteria, Decision process, Paper process, Identify pain, Champion, Competition. Used as an inspection tool, not a form to fill in.

  • Champions

Find, test and equip the person inside the account who will sell for you when you are not in the room.

  • Mutual action plans

Turn a buyer's intent into dated steps that both sides own, including legal, security and procurement.

  • Executive conversations

Frame the business case in the buyer's own initiatives and KPIs, so it holds up when it travels to people you never meet.
