How it works

From first call to next move

Simple on purpose. You bring the deal. We work out what to do next. No calendar tools, no sales funnel: you talk to Greg.

  1. Step 1: Get in touch

Email Greg, or use the form on the contact page. Say what you are working on and what you want help with. Short is fine.

  2. Step 2: Intro call

A free 30-minute conversation to understand the situation and agree whether there is a fit and which format suits it.

  3. Step 3: Agree the scope

Greg confirms the format, the date and the fee by email before anything is scheduled. You can confirm or decline at that point.

  4. Step 4: Work the deal

In a deal review we go through the opportunity step by step and build the plan for what happens next.

  5. Step 5: Run it

You leave with a written summary, clear next moves and owners. Come back as the deal develops, or bring in the whole team.

The method

Research, Hypothesize, Validate, Ask

Every deal we work goes through the same four moves.

  1. 01

    Research

Understand the account, its priorities and who is likely to care, before assuming anything about the deal.

  2. 02

    Hypothesize

Form a clear view of the business problem, the likely stakeholders and why this deal, why now.

  3. 03

    Validate

Test each assumption with real conversations and evidence. Mark what is confirmed and what is only hoped.

  4. 04

    Ask

Make the specific ask the deal needs next: the meeting, the introduction, the decision or the date.

Inside a deal review

What we actually do in the hour

  • Walk the opportunity from the buyer's side: what changes for them if this happens, and what happens if it doesn't.
  • Test it against MEDDPICC and mark what is confirmed and what is only assumed.
  • Identify the champion, the economic buyer and the people who can say no.
  • Build a mutual action plan with dates, owners and the legal, security and paper process included.
  • Agree the next three moves, in order.
