Questions, answered
Who is this for?
Sellers and sales leaders working complex, multi-stakeholder deals into large enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. If your deals involve several buyers, a long process and legal and security review, it is built for you.
What happens in a deal review?
You walk me through one live opportunity. We test it against MEDDPICC, look at who the champion and economic buyer really are, and build a mutual action plan and a short list of next moves. You get a one-page written summary within two business days.
What should I bring?
The account name or a description of it, the stakeholders you know about, where the deal stands, and the question you are most stuck on. Anything beyond that is a bonus.
What does it cost?
The intro call is free. A deal review is $350. Monthly deal advisory is $2,500 a month with a three-month minimum. A team workshop is $7,500 for a half day or $12,500 for a full day, for up to 20 people. Travel for in-person workshops is billed at cost.
How do I book?
Email Greg at Greg.norton.clc@gmail.com (the fastest way), or send the contact form. He replies to agree the format, the date and the fee, then sends an invoice. Nothing is charged online.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Tell me at least 24 hours before a session and we will move it at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged.
Will you keep what I share confidential?
Yes. What you share about your company, your accounts and your deals stays between us, and I do not share it or use it with anyone else. If you need an NDA signed first, send it over and we will take care of it before the session.
Do you guarantee results?
No. I can sharpen how you run a deal. I cannot promise that a deal will close, and I won't claim otherwise.
Is this the same as Cashewleads outbound?
No. Cashewleads Consulting is a separate service. It is advice and working sessions on how to win large deals you already have. The Cashewleads outbound service books meetings with your ideal customers for you. They share a founder, not an offer.
Can you run a workshop for my team?
Yes. Send a message with a few details about your team and what you want them to be able to do afterward, and I'll reply to scope it.
