Watch Medi work

From request to a result that waits for you.

A short scripted run of MEDDPICC / Qualification Coach: the ask, the working steps, the output, and the moment it stops for your approval. Fictional company, illustrative content.

It always ends the same way: Asks before writing notes back to a CRM record.

You ask: Pressure-test the Acme Analytics deal before forecast.

  1. Reading your deal notes
  2. Checking each MEDDPICC letter
  3. Writing the gaps as questions

Coaching only. Add these questions to the deal notes?

The job

Walk it through a deal and it asks the questions a skeptical sales leader would: who the economic buyer really is, what the decision process looks like on paper, whether your champion has actually sold for you yet. You leave with each MEDDPICC element marked confirmed, assumed or unknown, and the next question to close each gap.

What it does

  • Runs a structured MEDDPICC review by asking you questions, one element at a time
  • Marks each element confirmed, assumed or unknown
  • Suggests the next question or action to close each gap
  • Drafts a short deal summary for your manager

What it doesn't do

  • Update stages, amounts or close dates in your CRM
  • Predict whether a deal will close
  • Contact anyone at the account
  • Share deal details outside your account

Approval boundaries

  • Coaches you. Never edits the deal record on its own.
  • Asks before writing notes back to a CRM record

The kit includes 3 conversation starters for this job, along with the instructions and knowledge file.

Works where you work

Take Medi to the AI you already use.

MEDDPICC / Qualification Coach runs in Grok, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, inside your own account. Here is how each platform holds it, so you know what to expect before you buy. The kit itself has the full instructions.

An overview of where the bot lives on each platform. When you get a bot, we set it up with you in your account and send the instructions, knowledge file and conversation starters with your order.

Grok A Grok Bot template, or a Project on grok.com

Grok Bot template

Plan: Grok Bot needs an eligible paid plan, for example Premium, Super or Ultra on The X Subscription (Plus and Free don't include it), a paid legacy Cursor plan, or a linked SuperGrok or X Premium+ account.

  1. Open the private template link we send with your order. You see a preview of the bot's description, skills and routines on x.ai.
  2. Choose Add to Grok Bot. You need the Grok Bot app to finish. It creates your own copy; you don't get our computer, logins or conversations.
  3. Connect only the accounts the job needs, then start with one of the bot's conversation starters.

Template links are private and sent only with an order; none are published. A Grok Project works too.

Projects on grok.com

Plan: Sign in at grok.com in Chrome or another Chromium browser; xAI notes that other hosts can miss Projects. xAI doesn't publish which plans include Projects, so check your own account.

  1. Go to grok.com/project (or Projects in the sidebar) and create a project named after the bot.
  2. Paste the bot's instructions into the project's instructions.
  3. Upload the bot's knowledge file as a project file.
  4. Start new chats from inside the project, then try a conversation starter. Chats started outside the project don't use its instructions.

Approvals here: In a Grok Project the bot drafts and you send. Grok Bot can work with accounts you connect; its own approval settings apply, and the bot's rules tell the bot to stop and ask before anything is sent, booked, posted or changed.

ChatGPT A ChatGPT Project (any plan), or a GPT in a Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace

Projects

Plan: Available on every ChatGPT plan, including OpenAI's Free plan. Files per project: Free 5, Go and Plus 25, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu 40.

  1. Select New project in the sidebar and name it after the bot.
  2. Open the project's more options menu (•••), choose Project settings and paste the bot's instructions.
  3. Add the bot's knowledge file to the project's files.
  4. Start a chat inside the project and paste a conversation starter. Project instructions apply only inside that project.

GPTs (workspaces only)

Plan: As of October 2026, personal accounts (Free, Go, Plus and Pro) can't create new GPTs. Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces can, where workspace settings allow. Building is web only.

  1. Go to chatgpt.com/gpts and select Create, then the Configure view.
  2. Enter the bot's name and description, paste the bot's instructions, and add the conversation starters.
  3. Upload the bot's knowledge file under Knowledge.
  4. Test in Preview, then save.

OpenAI has announced it will retire custom GPTs in favor of plugins (December 11, 2026 for affected Enterprise workspaces, with other plans expected to follow). Projects are the simpler home for a Jade Bot.

Approvals here: In a Project the bot drafts and you send. If you connect apps in ChatGPT, each app's permissions and action-approval settings apply; the bot's rules still tell the bot to show you the exact draft and wait for your OK.

Claude A Claude Project with project instructions and project knowledge

Projects

Plan: Available to all Claude users, including Anthropic's Free plan, which allows up to five projects. On paid plans, large project knowledge switches to a retrieval mode automatically.

  1. Go to claude.ai/projects and click + New Project. Name it after the bot (Claude doesn't read the name or description).
  2. Click Set project instructions, paste the bot's instructions and save.
  3. In the project knowledge panel, click + and upload the bot's knowledge file.
  4. Start a chat inside the project and try a conversation starter. Only the project knowledge is shared between chats.

Approvals here: In a Project the bot drafts and you send. If you connect other tools to Claude, their permissions are set in Claude; the bot's rules still tell the bot to stop and ask for your OK before anything goes out.

Gemini A Gem today; a Skill as Google moves personal accounts from Gems to Skills

Gems

Plan: Works with a personal Google Account (13 or older; availability varies by country). Work and school accounts depend on the admin's settings.

  1. Go to gemini.google.com, open the sidebar and click Gems, then New Gem.
  2. Enter the bot's name and paste the bot's instructions.
  3. Under Knowledge, click Add files and upload the bot's knowledge file.
  4. Try a conversation starter in the preview, then click Save. The preview doesn't save the Gem for you.

Google says Gems on personal accounts will transition to Skills starting in November 2026, and will move existing Gems automatically.

Skills

Plan: Available without a Google AI subscription. You need to be 18 or older, signed in, with Keep Activity on. Web, Mac and mobile apps.

  1. Go to gemini.google.com, click Customize in the sidebar, then Skills.
  2. Create a skill from a blank template, give it a description, and paste the bot's instructions.
  3. Save it. Gemini can use it automatically when relevant, or type / (or @) in a chat and pick it.

Skills accept reference files only when you upload the whole skill as a SKILL.md folder. Pasting the Instructions is enough to start.

Approvals here: In chat the bot drafts and you send. If you let Gemini use connected Google apps, their permissions apply; the bot's rules still tell the bot to wait for your OK before anything is sent or changed.

Steps checked against each platform's own help pages on October 22, 2026. Platform names are used only to describe compatibility; Jade Bots isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
