Which AI platforms do Jade Bots work with?
Grok, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Each bot page shows how it is set up on each: a Grok Project or Grok Bot template, a ChatGPT Project (or a GPT in Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces), a Claude Project, or a Gemini Gem or skill. Projects are available on every ChatGPT and Claude plan; Grok Bot needs an eligible paid plan. What a bot can do beyond drafting depends on what you connect on that platform, and that platform's approval settings apply.
Do I need a particular AI account?
No. Use the one your team already has. The platform's plan, if any, is between you and that platform. Jade Bots themselves are a paid Cashewleads service, priced on the pricing page.
Can a Jade Bot send email on my behalf?
It can draft. Anything that sends, books, posts or changes a record waits for your approval. That rule is written into every bot. In a plain project or Gem the bot can only draft, so you send it yourself; if you connect email or a CRM, that platform's own approval settings apply too, and we recommend keeping them on.
Can you see my data?
No. Your copy runs in your account. We don't have access to its conversations or to the accounts you connect. If you hire us for managed service or a custom bot, you decide what to show us.
How do I get a bot today?
Open the bot's page and choose Buy the kit ($149, one-time). The kit has the bot's instructions, knowledge file, approval rules and conversation starters, plus setup steps for your platform. It is delivered after purchase. Bots are also included in Cashewleads Standard (4 bots) and Strategic (all 11) plans, and 4 come with the $799 Playbook + 4 Jade Bots bundle.
What does managed service include?
For $500 a month (up to three bots, three-month minimum) we review what your bots produce, update their instructions when your ICP, offer or process changes, and add or rework one bot each quarter.
Can you build a bot that isn't in the catalog?
Yes. That's the Custom Jade Bot: tell us the job on the custom bot form and we scope it on a short call. Custom Jade Bots start at $999, with a fixed quote after scoping, delivered set up in your AI platform.
