A bot you own, running on your accounts, under your rules.
A Jade Bot is a kit you buy once ($149): instructions, a knowledge file, approval rules and conversation starters for one sales job. It works in Grok, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Here is exactly what happens when you set one up, and what it will never do.
Three steps
Choose a bot
Pick the job you want off your plate: account research, first drafts, meeting prep, pipeline review. Each bot does one job well.
YouSet it up in the AI you already use
Buy the bot's kit and follow the steps for Grok, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. It lives in your account, not ours, and you can rename it, change its instructions or delete it.
YouIt works with your accounts and your approvals
Connect only what the job needs, like email, calendar or documents. Anything that sends, books, posts or changes a record waits for your OK.
The bot asks first
Every time it runs
The same four beats, whichever bot you use.
You ask
In plain words: brief me on this account, draft the follow-up, check my pipeline.
YouIt does the groundwork
Reads what you shared and what's public, and shows its sources.
The botIt stops for your OK
Anything that sends, books, posts or changes a record waits here.
The bot asks firstYou decide
Approve, edit or discard. Nothing leaves your hands until you do.
You
What a bot kit is
The bot's instructions, a starter knowledge file, its approval rules and conversation starters, written to read the same on every platform. It is delivered after purchase. You paste it into a project, Gem, skill or GPT, so it lives in your account. Changes you make stay in your copy; changes we make to the original don't touch yours.
What you need
An account on Grok, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini (its plan, if any, is between you and that platform) and whichever accounts the job needs, such as email, calendar or documents. The kit is $149 per bot, one-time.
One kit. Grok, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
Jade Bots aren't tied to one AI. Every bot page has an overview for each platform; the kit has the full steps. Here is where it goes, what plan it needs, and how approvals work on each.
| Platform | Where the kit goes | Plan | Sending and changes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grok | A Grok Bot template, or a Project on grok.com | Grok Bot template: Grok Bot needs an eligible paid plan, for example Premium, Super or Ultra on The X Subscription (Plus and Free don't include it), a paid legacy Cursor plan, or a linked SuperGrok or X Premium+ account. Projects on grok.com: Sign in at grok.com in Chrome or another Chromium browser; xAI notes that other hosts can miss Projects. xAI doesn't publish which plans include Projects, so check your own account. | In a Grok Project the bot drafts and you send. Grok Bot can work with accounts you connect; its own approval settings apply, and the bot's rules tell the bot to stop and ask before anything is sent, booked, posted or changed. |
| ChatGPT | A ChatGPT Project (any plan), or a GPT in a Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace | Projects: Available on every ChatGPT plan, including OpenAI's Free plan. Files per project: Free 5, Go and Plus 25, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu 40. GPTs (workspaces only): As of October 2026, personal accounts (Free, Go, Plus and Pro) can't create new GPTs. Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces can, where workspace settings allow. Building is web only. | In a Project the bot drafts and you send. If you connect apps in ChatGPT, each app's permissions and action-approval settings apply; the bot's rules still tell the bot to show you the exact draft and wait for your OK. |
| Claude | A Claude Project with project instructions and project knowledge | Projects: Available to all Claude users, including Anthropic's Free plan, which allows up to five projects. On paid plans, large project knowledge switches to a retrieval mode automatically. | In a Project the bot drafts and you send. If you connect other tools to Claude, their permissions are set in Claude; the bot's rules still tell the bot to stop and ask for your OK before anything goes out. |
| Gemini | A Gem today; a Skill as Google moves personal accounts from Gems to Skills | Gems: Works with a personal Google Account (13 or older; availability varies by country). Work and school accounts depend on the admin's settings. Skills: Available without a Google AI subscription. You need to be 18 or older, signed in, with Keep Activity on. Web, Mac and mobile apps. | In chat the bot drafts and you send. If you let Gemini use connected Google apps, their permissions apply; the bot's rules still tell the bot to wait for your OK before anything is sent or changed. |
Step by step
An overview of where the bot lives on each platform. When you get a bot, we set it up with you in your account and send the instructions, knowledge file and conversation starters with your order.
Grok A Grok Bot template, or a Project on grok.com
Grok Bot template
Plan: Grok Bot needs an eligible paid plan, for example Premium, Super or Ultra on The X Subscription (Plus and Free don't include it), a paid legacy Cursor plan, or a linked SuperGrok or X Premium+ account.
- Open the private template link we send with your order. You see a preview of the bot's description, skills and routines on x.ai.
- Choose Add to Grok Bot. You need the Grok Bot app to finish. It creates your own copy; you don't get our computer, logins or conversations.
- Connect only the accounts the job needs, then start with one of the bot's conversation starters.
Template links are private and sent only with an order; none are published. A Grok Project works too.
Projects on grok.com
Plan: Sign in at grok.com in Chrome or another Chromium browser; xAI notes that other hosts can miss Projects. xAI doesn't publish which plans include Projects, so check your own account.
- Go to grok.com/project (or Projects in the sidebar) and create a project named after the bot.
- Paste the bot's instructions into the project's instructions.
- Upload the bot's knowledge file as a project file.
- Start new chats from inside the project, then try a conversation starter. Chats started outside the project don't use its instructions.
Approvals here: In a Grok Project the bot drafts and you send. Grok Bot can work with accounts you connect; its own approval settings apply, and the bot's rules tell the bot to stop and ask before anything is sent, booked, posted or changed.
ChatGPT A ChatGPT Project (any plan), or a GPT in a Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace
Projects
Plan: Available on every ChatGPT plan, including OpenAI's Free plan. Files per project: Free 5, Go and Plus 25, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu 40.
- Select New project in the sidebar and name it after the bot.
- Open the project's more options menu (•••), choose Project settings and paste the bot's instructions.
- Add the bot's knowledge file to the project's files.
- Start a chat inside the project and paste a conversation starter. Project instructions apply only inside that project.
GPTs (workspaces only)
Plan: As of October 2026, personal accounts (Free, Go, Plus and Pro) can't create new GPTs. Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces can, where workspace settings allow. Building is web only.
- Go to chatgpt.com/gpts and select Create, then the Configure view.
- Enter the bot's name and description, paste the bot's instructions, and add the conversation starters.
- Upload the bot's knowledge file under Knowledge.
- Test in Preview, then save.
OpenAI has announced it will retire custom GPTs in favor of plugins (December 11, 2026 for affected Enterprise workspaces, with other plans expected to follow). Projects are the simpler home for a Jade Bot.
Approvals here: In a Project the bot drafts and you send. If you connect apps in ChatGPT, each app's permissions and action-approval settings apply; the bot's rules still tell the bot to show you the exact draft and wait for your OK.
Claude A Claude Project with project instructions and project knowledge
Projects
Plan: Available to all Claude users, including Anthropic's Free plan, which allows up to five projects. On paid plans, large project knowledge switches to a retrieval mode automatically.
- Go to claude.ai/projects and click + New Project. Name it after the bot (Claude doesn't read the name or description).
- Click Set project instructions, paste the bot's instructions and save.
- In the project knowledge panel, click + and upload the bot's knowledge file.
- Start a chat inside the project and try a conversation starter. Only the project knowledge is shared between chats.
Approvals here: In a Project the bot drafts and you send. If you connect other tools to Claude, their permissions are set in Claude; the bot's rules still tell the bot to stop and ask for your OK before anything goes out.
Gemini A Gem today; a Skill as Google moves personal accounts from Gems to Skills
Gems
Plan: Works with a personal Google Account (13 or older; availability varies by country). Work and school accounts depend on the admin's settings.
- Go to gemini.google.com, open the sidebar and click Gems, then New Gem.
- Enter the bot's name and paste the bot's instructions.
- Under Knowledge, click Add files and upload the bot's knowledge file.
- Try a conversation starter in the preview, then click Save. The preview doesn't save the Gem for you.
Google says Gems on personal accounts will transition to Skills starting in November 2026, and will move existing Gems automatically.
Skills
Plan: Available without a Google AI subscription. You need to be 18 or older, signed in, with Keep Activity on. Web, Mac and mobile apps.
- Go to gemini.google.com, click Customize in the sidebar, then Skills.
- Create a skill from a blank template, give it a description, and paste the bot's instructions.
- Save it. Gemini can use it automatically when relevant, or type / (or @) in a chat and pick it.
Skills accept reference files only when you upload the whole skill as a SKILL.md folder. Pasting the Instructions is enough to start.
Approvals here: In chat the bot drafts and you send. If you let Gemini use connected Google apps, their permissions apply; the bot's rules still tell the bot to wait for your OK before anything is sent or changed.
Steps checked against each platform's own help pages on October 22, 2026. Platform names are used only to describe compatibility; Jade Bots isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
A note on approvals: the kit's rules tell every bot to show you the exact draft and wait for your OK. Instructions guide a model; they aren't a security control. When you connect email, calendar or a CRM on any platform, keep that platform's own permission and approval settings on.
The bot drafts. Anything that leaves your hands waits for you.
Your copy, your account
The bot runs inside your own AI account: a project, Gem, skill or GPT you create, or your own Grok Bot copy. We don't run it, see its conversations or get access to the accounts you connect.
Your data stays where it is
Your email, calendar and documents stay in your accounts. A bot reads what you connect while it does the job you asked for.
Approval before action
Every Jade Bot is written to draft first and ask before anything leaves your hands: emails, invites, posts and CRM changes.
Connect the minimum
Each bot lists what it works with. If a job doesn't need your inbox, don't connect it. You can disconnect at any time.
No invented proof
Jade Bots are instructed never to make up customers, quotes, numbers or sources, and to flag claims you'd need to back up.
You can change or delete it
It's your copy. Edit the instructions, tighten the rules or remove the bot whenever you like.
Always asks first
- Sending or scheduling an email
- Accepting, creating or moving a calendar event
- Saving to a shared folder or team channel
- Writing notes or fields back to a CRM or spreadsheet
Never, in any Jade Bot
- Send an email, message or invite without your approval
- Post to LinkedIn or any other channel
- Change CRM records, stages or owners on its own
- Make up customers, quotes, numbers or sources
- Buy data or access anything behind someone else's login
- Share your data with us or anyone else
Bots can be wrong. That is why every Jade Bot is built for review: it shows sources, flags what it couldn't verify and hands you a draft, not a done deal.
Good meetings start long before the meeting.
Our day job is booking qualified meetings for B2B sales teams. Most of the work behind a good meeting is quiet: research, a sharp first message, real preparation and honest qualification. We built Jade Bots to hand that groundwork to bots that work the way our team does, so your sellers spend their time in conversations.
